The Long Walk

This one is going to be weird.  Actually, it really should not be weird at all, but it will be.  Ask any kid and this is normal.  Ask any adult and they will look at you like you have 3 eyes and a unicorn horn.

I could have easily called this “CHILDS PLAY” but thought the Long Walk was more appropriate.

TOOLS and EQUIPMENT

  • Kettlebell or Weighted Bucket
  • About 25 to 50 meters space

WORKOUT OF THE DAY 52

  • Farmers Walk LEFT
  • Farmers Walk RIGHT
  • Bear Crawl
  • Crab Walk
  • Frog Hop Burpees

Make your way up and down your 50 meter space following the sequence of exercises above.  Repeat as many times as you can in 15 minutes.

If you have energy to spare, repeat for another 15 minutes.

Mark it down and plan to beat yourself.
