Fast and Furious 50!

Grab a kettlebell or two.  You are going to need it.  We will travel up one side of the workout and back down the other.  Each exercise is 50 reps.  Maybe consider just using the 9-kilogram kettlebell or your bodyweight.

Walk around, swing your arms, jump around.  Get loose.

50x Kettlebell Swings (9kgs)
50x Air Squats
50x Burpees
REST
50x Burpees
50x Air Squats
50x Kettlebell Swings

That’s it.  Done.

Your heart should be racing, legs burning and even your grip strength should be challenged today.

Good news is your back is fine for an attack that is well overdue.
