This one is easy.  Daily workouts take their toll on the body.  No matter how hard they are.

So today is a REST day.

Sort of…

It is more about stretching.  Hold each position or pose for 5 deep slow breaths.  By that I mean 4 seconds Breath In – 4-second Hold – 4-second Release.
