Hey HUSTLERS!  Time to put some hustle in that muscle and jump-start your brain.

This one is a bit different.  it is easy and hard.  Sort of like sweet & sour or love-hate.

Grab a chair and get ready to rock!

Repeat this sequence 3x nonstop.

10x Dips
10x Inverted Pushups (feet elevated on chair)
10x Split Squats, each leg (back leg elevated on chair)
10x Chair Pull-ups (yes get under the chair and pull yourself up)
10x Angled Pushups (hand on top of chair)
…repeat 2 more times for a total of 3x.

That’s it.  Don’t forget to stretch and get some hustle in your muscle and apply that to your business!
