So, it’s getting to that time of year again.  I have to start building up my cardio for cycling season.  That means putting the road bike on the trainer and spending time in the saddle.  So on top of my WOD, I will be also including a minimum of 30 minutes on the bike.  Eventually over time build up to 60 minutes with intensity.  I don’t like long rides that go no where. Save those for the great outdoors.
