25x Around the World [ATW] both ways, 50 total (20kgs)
25x Goblet Squats (20kgs)
25x Single Leg Straight Deadlift, each leg, total 50 reps (9kgs)
25x Curls (alternate 15, 10, 5 reps per arm for a total of 25 each arm (9kgs)
25x Single Arm Tricep Press each arm (9kgs)
25x Single Arm Shoulder Press each arm (9kgs)
