Hey entrepreneurs, its a great day today!

Every day is what you make of it.  Yes, the daily grind sucks.  Its tough, it is hard, it is frustrating.  Good news.  You can change all of that in just 5 minutes.

Actually before we get into that, you can fix a bad day before it even begins.  Wake up and plan to have a great day.  Everything is great.

You have a choice.  Wake up grumpy or wake up fired up, positive and ready to attack anything that comes your way.

I choose to wake up in a great mood every day.

Now here’s the workout today.  Super easy.  Only one weight, sandbag or kettlebell needed.

  • 100 kettlebell swings (9kgs)
  • Plank 2x 30 second holds

You can choose use any weight you wish, I just find swinging about 20 pounds for 100 consecutive, strict reps is the best I can do today… and most days.
