Actually, this identified an error in my processes, and systems. My calendly.com/empoweredentrepreneur account updates a global gmail calendar, my guest was messaging that email calendar, so I never got the change request. NOTE: This is why I always include the option to reschedule using calendly link in the bottom of the notes in all my calendar events. This puts you in control of booking a new session and updates my calendar for me. That is more about business efficiencies, operations and automation. Reality is… my system got broke… this reminded me that everything can be optimized and automated in some way or another, but also that you need to constantly test to optimize your systems.
This guest didn’t actually stand me up, they tried to reschedule, but did’t realize the best way to do that was with the “Reschedule” link in the calendar invite notes. I can fix that with a bit of a call out and an automated message from that calendar inbox. Thank you Alex Svinov for helping me identify a flaw in my systems and processes.
